About
Hello, and thank you for visiting our website! We are happy to see your interest and we hope you will consider boarding with Glacier Bark Kennels the next time you need someone to watch your pet.
My name is Erin. I've had a passion for dogs all my life, growing up with Golden Retrievers. Opening the kennel in 2016, I've sure observed a lot of different traits and quirks of different breeds and individuals. I enjoy being around dogs and will treat your dog like my own when they stay with me. I also enjoy all animals and am happy to take care of any pet you may have.
About me:
I grew up nearby in Whitefish and also in Templeton, California. I worked in Glacier NP at Many Glacier Hotel, St Mary Lodge and Resort, and at Fish Creek Campground and I currently work in West Glacier for the National Park Service. For 4 years I lived in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany where I volunteer-walked shelter dogs. I personally have a fondness for Golden Retrievers but love all dogs, even the ones that are a little loud or have a little temper. I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. And it's always fun getting the occasional, cat, bird, bunny, or other pet. I'd say it doesn't happen often enough!
Thank you for reading my page and I hope you pick us to take care of your pet!
